About the Role

This is more than just a traditional role. As a Flex Associate, you’ll be starting as a generalist, supporting our congresses, providing top-notch customer support, and handling documentation and reporting. But that’s just the beginning. Our Flex Team is known for taking on unique side projects based on individual interests and company needs. So while you’ll have core responsibilities, you’ll also have plenty of room to explore, experiment, and find your niche.

Core Responsibilities

  • Congress Support: Provide essential support for events, ensuring every detail aligns with our quality standards
  • Customer and Event Support: : Engage with customers as needed, providing support and answering questions (expect about 2-4 client calls per month).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Capture and maintain accurate data, and assist in creating reports for better insights

Qualifications

  • Ability to work during Eastern Time (EST)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient with spreadsheets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to educate clients on platform functionalities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Open to learning and growing with the role
